Cookies Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026What this policy covers
This policy explains cookies, similar browser storage and third-party connections on the website of WZ CPA Limited. Read it with our Privacy policy.
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Other technologies, including local storage and network requests, may also convey information even when no cookie is stored. A website being static or having no enquiry form does not mean that every visit is free of third-party processing.
Current website features
- Language preference: selecting a language saves a first-party language-preference cookie for up to 180 days, renewed when you choose a language again. It stores only your selected language, not an identifier. We use it when you visit the root address; an explicit language URL takes priority. Without this cookie, we use your browser's language preferences, with English as the fallback. You can delete or block the cookie and continue using language-specific links.
- Analytics and advertising: no website analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags or marketing-cookie categories are currently enabled by us.
- Fonts: the website's fonts are served with the website assets rather than requested from Google Fonts.
- Enquiry links: email and telephone links open your configured application.
Hosting or security services may have their own technical requirements. These statements do not certify that every third-party response is cookie-free.
Lands Department map
The homepage displays the office building through the Lands Department's keyless Topographic Map and Map Label APIs, with an optional Imagery Map view. A map renderer bundled with this website requests the tiles needed for the visible view as you pan or zoom, together with the required Lands Department attribution logo and map-provider icons hosted by Google Maps and Amap. Partner logos are bundled with this website from the partners' official website/CDN sources. The map renderer does not load a CDN-hosted SDK or send an API key. The map is loaded lazily, so the browser may request it and its icons as you approach the Contact section without clicking it. This is not prior consent and there is currently no website-level control that blocks these requests until consent.
When requested, the Lands Department, Google Maps and Amap may receive connection information such as IP address and browser details. Behaviour can depend on your browser settings and each service's current configuration. The map API terms require attribution and ask applications not to make a large number of requests in a short period.
See the Lands Department Topographic Map API notice, Map Label API notice, Imagery Map API notice and the CSDI terms and conditions. The map integration does not intentionally load a third-party cookie or analytics script; we cannot certify every network response made by an external service.
Your choices
You can use browser settings to block or remove cookies and, where supported, restrict third-party content. Blocking only cookies does not necessarily stop the Lands Department receiving a map request. Restrictions may affect map features. The written address, email and telephone remain available without using the map.
The Cookies link opens this policy; it is not a consent switch or a cookie-preferences manager. We do not currently offer "accept all" or "reject all" controls. If applicable law requires prior consent for a feature, that feature must be blocked until the appropriate consent mechanism is implemented; disclosure alone is not a substitute.
Retention and future tools
Session cookies and persistent cookies have different lifetimes. Provider settings and browser controls determine the lifetime of third-party cookies; browser deletion does not necessarily erase information already held on a provider's systems. There is no universal legal maximum expiry that can be applied to every cookie or log.
We may consider analytics or marketing tools later. Before enabling them, we will assess the provider, information collected, purpose, storage locations, retention, legal requirements and user controls; update this policy; and obtain any required consent before loading relevant technologies. A possible future tool is not a tool currently in use.
